Abstract

Objective: generalization of literary data on transfer of medical technologies to improve development of innovative processes in the field of health care of children and adolescents and improvement of scientific and information support for professionals.
Materials and methods. Scientific articles on innovative processes in medicine, results of own researches of information and innovative resources, developed by carrying out research and dissertation works in the field of health care of children and adolescents (2001-2018); information analytics, bibliometric, semantic and sociological methods were used.
Results. Problems of innovative processes development in the field of health care of children and adolescents are analysed, theoretical bases on methods of scientific results transfer embodied in medical technologies are substantiated; data on the authors' own experience in improving the advancement of new knowledge and its implementation in the practical activity of specialists are presented.
Conclusion. Proposed organizational and methodological measures, marketing research on the use of scientific developments by specialists in the field of health care of children and adolescents, monitoring of transfer technology, feedback with consumers in order to improve the efficiency of scientific product introduction will help to improve only innovative processes not only for health care of children and adolescents, but also in medicine as a whole.
